It is with deep gratitude I acknowledge what a privilege it is to live and work on the traditional and unceded territories of the Secwépemc (Se-KWEP-umk-wh), the Akisq’nuk (A-kiss-qe-nuk), and my chosen as home as a Métis.
If you are unable to find a time to book please use the WAITLIST option. If you have any questions, please contact me directly at ruthdelislermt@gmail.com or call/text 250-272-6640.
Please be advised I now require a credit card in order to book appointments online. If you do not have a credit card please contact me; with both the session length & date to book, and we will find another suitable solution such as a pre-payment of etransfer.
My policy is 100% of payment of session for a missed/no show without 24 hours notice.
Thank you for understanding I didn’t want to create this requirement, but it is important to both honour my time, and the potential client that could have used that session that was no showed.
Ruth Delisle graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 20216. After sustaining a motor vehicle accident, she personally found massage to be a very effective form of therapy. She than wanted to be able to help others in their healing journey. Several years later Ruth decided to pursue massage therapy.
As an RMT, Ruth has had various experiences ranging from working in a spa setting, to ski lodge to multidisciplinary clinics. Although her passion lies in clinical massage and working with the body to help relieve pain and assist others in their healing journey.
Her approach includes formulating a treatment plan based on clinical findings and assessment to help clients regain corrective movement. She believes in helping clients slightly modify their day to day activities to improve their quality of life and make the most out of their treatments. Ruth uses a combination of myofascial release techniques, cranial-facial therapy, muscle-energy techniques, osteopathic techniques, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage. She values learning new techniques to understand and treat each patient.
Ruth is thrilled to be back massaging in the valley and looks forward to treating both new & returning clients!
